With a career spanning over 30 years, she has provided services to government officers, multinational companies, and the corporate world.

She founded EGA briefings in 2001, initiated PR Week Indonesia, which evolved into the International PR Summit, and served a President of IPRA in 2010. Currently, she is a member and National Chair of the Arthur W. Page Society. Elizabeth believes understanding management's perception of PR's core values is essential for effective public relations.

Erika Ananto is the Managing Director of EGA briefings, a PR consulting firm in Jakarta. She enhances internal communications through research and training, leveranging her architecture background. Since 2005, Erika has advanced PR education by organizing training sessions, workshop s and conferences. She co-leads PR Week Indonesia and contributes to the International PR Summit. Erika hosts "Diskusi PR bersama EGA" and holds a cum laude Master of Management in Communication from Trisakti University and an Architecture degree from Pelita Harapan University. Known for her fun personality and optimism, Erika believes in achieving anything with determination and effort.
