Tim is a Public Relations, Executive Communications and Public Affairs specialist providing advice on public relations, crisis management, strategic communications, brand building/protection, copywriting and stakeholder engagement counsel for Hong Kong and international clients, in the private and public sector. Tim provides crisis training and response advice to a range of corporates and has led the management of numerous crises over the last twenty years.

In addition, Tim has led crisis management preparation advice for Hong Kong’s former Environment, Transport and Works Bureau and the Civil Engineering Department and conceived and led major crisis training and planning exercises.
