Erika Ananto is the Managing Director of EGA briefings, a public relations consulting company in Jakarta that specializes in enhancing organizational internal communications through research and training. With a strong passion for motivating others to reach higher professional levels in public relations, Erika leverages her background in architecture to drive her research and analytical skills.
Since 2005, she has been dedicated to advancing public relations education by organizing top-notch training sessions, workshops, and conferences. Erika, along with Elizabeth Goenawan Ananto, is the driving force behind PR Week Indonesia, a decade-long campaign aimed at enhancing the public relations function and establishing public trust. Together, they have also played significant roles in the International PR Summit, which brings together global PR professionals to discuss the latest trends and challenges in the field. Additionally, Erika host “Diskusi PR bersama EGA,” a platform for in-depth discussions on public relations topics.
Erika holds a cum laude Master of Management in Communication from Trisakti University and a degree in Architecture from Pelita Harapan University. Known for her easy-going nature, fun personality, and optimistic outlook, Erika is a joy to work with and always strives for the best in everything she does.
