Dr. Kurniawati

Beside as senior lecturer, she is an Academic Coordinator at Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University. She started her academic career at Trisakti University on September 2000 as a lecturer and becoming Academic Coordinator (September 2013 – now). She is a guest lecturer and Master’s degree Supervisor and examiner at Bakrie University. She is also Ph.D. Supervisor and examiner at Trisakti University.

After getting her Ph.D. in 2009 at University of Indonesia, she becomes senior lecturer of International Marketing Management, Marketing Management Seminar, Brand Management, Customer Relationship Management, Hospitality Management, Social Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior, Research Methodology at Trisakti University and Bakrie University.

During her days at Trisakti University, she did much research in marketing management and human resource management. She received research grants from the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education three times, namely in 2012 and 2013 with the theme of Customer Complaints Behavior, next in 2016 with the theme of Employee Contextual Behavior. Other than grants, she also wrote many articles which published in many journals. Her research articles were published in RIBER in 2016 and 2018 and Service Management Journals in 2017.
