Having served in various management positions over 25 years, a lot of knowledge in oil and gas business and experience in various aspects of management skills, enriches and sharpens his potential to be part of multi-national company that strongly supports the country. A graduate of Industrial Technology from Bogor Institute of Agriculture (IPB) in 1987 and Magister Management from University of Indonesia (UI), Arividya Noviyanto had been worked in the company in the field of agro-processing industry as Plant Manager and Assistant Production Director before joining Total E&P Indonesie in 1994.
