PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Prof. Dr. Hora Widjaja Tjitra is an associate professor for applied psychology at the Zhejang University in Hangzhou, China. He got his Ph.D in Cross-cultural Psychology and Strategic Management from the University of Regensburg, Germany. His major research interests include indigenous psychology, intercultural competence and synergy, global leadership development. as well as cross-cultural learning and strategic change. In addition to his academic works, De Titra has performed international management consultancy, training, assessment and coaching in Asia and Europe for leading multinational corporations and organizations, incl Siemens, Volkswagen, Unilever, SAP, BASF, Saint-Gobain, Dupont etc.
